Abstract:
An efficient oil-cooled motor, comprising a housing (1), a front cover plate (2), a rear cover plate (3), a stator (4), a rotating shaft (5) and a rotor core (6). An axial oil channel (52) and a middle radial oil channel (53) are further formed in the rotating shaft (5); a rotor oil channel (61) is further formed in the rotor core (6); a cooling oil inlet B (21) communicated with the axial oil channel (52) is further formed in the front cover plate (2); a water channels (15) spirally arranged along the circumference are further formed in the side wall of the housing (1); a water channel inlet and a water channel outlet which are connected to a heat management water pump are further formed in the side wall of the housing (1); a cooling oil pipe further passes through the water channels (15); a cooling oil inlet A (11) is further formed in the side wall of the housing (1); a ring groove oil channel (41) is further formed on the outer wall of the stator (4); the cooling oil inlet A (11) passes through the housing (1) between two adjacent water channels (15) and then is communicated with the ring groove oil channel (41); one end of the cooling oil pipe is inserted into the rear cover plate (3) and then is communicated with the interior of the housing (1), and the other end of the cooling oil pipe is communicated with the cooling oil inlet A (11) and the cooling oil inlet B (21). The reasonable oil channel distribution design greatly improves the cooling effect for a rotor and the stator (4), so that the overall performance of the motor can be improved.
