Abstract:
An efficient drying device for chili processing, comprising a drying device body (1). Gaps (2) are formed on either side of the drying device body (1); and a reel (3) is rotatably mounted at a position on the left side of the drying device body (1) close to the gap (2). By providing the gaps (2) on either side of the drying device body (1), the gaps (2) can allow a replacement thin film (5) to pass through; and along with the operation of the driving motor (7), the replacement thin film (5) can be driven by a driving roller (6) to move to convey a new thin film from the reel (3) to the interior of the drying device body (1), so that water vapor of food is contaminated on the replacement film (5). On one hand, the replacement film (5) is low in manufacturing cost and is high in replacement efficiency after being used, thereby avoiding the consumption of time and labor for manual cleaning and drying of the device; on the other hand, after replacement, the residue of the last food drying is replaced, and the problem of food tainting is avoided after the replacement film (5) is replaced by a new replacement film.
