Embodiments of the present invention provide an echo cancellation device and method, a sound pickup device and method, and a terminal. The echo cancellation device is provided in the terminal; the terminal comprises at least a screen sound production unit and a sound pickup unit; and the device comprises: a measurement unit configured to measure a vibration parameter of the screen sound production unit to obtain a vibration signal, and generate a first reference signal according to the vibration signal; and a cancellation unit configured to perform echo cancellation on a first echo signal in a first audio signal according to the first reference signal, wherein the first audio signal is the audio signal picked up by the sound pickup unit, the first audio signal comprises at least the first echo signal, and the first echo signal is formed by the noise produced by the screen sound production unit driving the terminal to vibrate. The present invention solves the problem that the noise produced by the terminal vibration during the screen sound production process in the related art cannot be effectively eliminated, thus achieving the effect of eliminating the noise produced by the terminal vibration during the screen sound production process.
