Abstract:
The present invention relates to an eccentric ultra-high-speed laser composite manufacturing method for a revolving body component. A positioning method employing a ultra-high-speed laser deposition processing head with a certain eccentric distance can not only effectively reduce the damage to the processing head by reflected light and extend the service life of the processing head, but also change the conventional molten pool morphology of ultra-high-speed laser deposition. That is, a "falling" morphology caused by high-speed motion and gravity is changed to a "climbing" morphology, so as to increase the time of full contact between the molten pool and the surface of the revolving body component and form good bonding performance. Moreover, an ultra-high-speed laser deposition composite technique is used to perform ultra-high-speed secondary melting treatment on the surface. Not only can the surface quality and the overall compactness of the deposition layer can be effectively improved, but also the microstructure of the deposition layer can be homogenized, thereby significantly improving the comprehensive performance of the repaired or enhanced deposition layer.
