Abstract:
A dynamo-electric machine in which a coil wrapped in an insulating sheet is fixed to a slot provided to an iron core, wherein: the insulating sheet has a porous structure; the coil and the insulating sheet, and the insulating sheet and the iron core, are fixed by an insulating varnish dispersed by ultrasonic irradiation; and, a mixed layer in which the insulating varnish and the insulating sheet are mixed is formed by permeation by the insulating varnish to a prescribed extent in the insulating sheet at least from the surface layer to the interior.
