Abstract:
Provided are a dry gel sponge of a super water-absorbent polymer hydrogel, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The sponge is a three-dimensional reticulated porous sponge with chitosan acting as a backbone, a super water-absorbent polymer acting as a branch, and a macromolecule or polymer, which has a flexible structure, acting as a cross-linking agent. The sponge can be prepared by a one-pot process. The product is of a multi-channel structure and has super water-absorbent characteristics, and still maintains an integral structure and a certain mechanical strength after absorbing water. The material can be used for the emergency hemostasis of a major arteriovenous hemorrhage. The dry gel sponge of a super water-absorbent hydrogel has a simple preparation process, is low in costs, has a prominent hemostatic effect and is safe.
