Abstract:
Provided are a drug coating, a drug coating saccule and a method for preparing the same. The drug coating comprises a drug active coating and a positively-charged hydrophobic modification layer which are sequentially attached to the surface of a substrate. The arrangement of the positively-charged hydrophobic modification layer comprising a positively-charged modification substance and a hydrophobic substance enables the surface of the entire drug coating to be positively charged and has hydrophobicity. The positive electricity characteristic enables the drug coating to be strongly combined with the inner wall of a blood vessel with negative charges, such that the drug coating is permanently adsorbed to the inner wall of the blood vessel, and in combination with the hydrophobic characteristic, the influence of blood flushing on the drug coating in the conveying process can be effectively resisted. The drug coating with the above structure can reduce the loss of the drug in the drug saccule conveying process, also can reduce the loss of the drug in the saccule dilatation and contraction process, and meanwhile, increases the amount of the drug transferred to the inner wall of the blood vessel.
