Abstract:
A driving skill evaluation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes performing detection processing for detecting a curve on the basis of vehicle travel data, and performing evaluation processing for evaluating driving skill of a vehicle driver on the basis of the travel data for the curve. The detection processing includes detecting a first curve, and, when a time or distance before a second curve is detected after the first curve has ended is less than a prescribed amount, treating the first curve and a second curve as a single curve.
