Abstract:
This driving control system comprises: a processing device that acquires, from a first imaging device attached to an agricultural work vehicle and facing a first direction, a first chronological image including a first portion of a crop row or a furrow in a farm field, acquires, from a second imaging device attached to the work vehicle and facing a second direction, a second chronological image including a second portion of the crop row or furrow, and performs image processing on the first chronological image and the second chronological image to determine a driving path for the work vehicle; and a control device that controls the driving of the work vehicle on the basis of the driving path. The processing device determines a first approximate line of the first portion in a vehicle coordinate system on the basis of the first chronological image, determines a second approximate line of the second portion in the vehicle coordinate system on the basis of the second chronological image, and determines a driving path on the basis of the first approximate line and the second approximate line.
