Abstract:
A double-passage suspension arm type steel ladle having an automatic argon joint, comprising a steel ladle (1) and a suspension arm (4), lug shaft sleeves (2) being mounted on two sides of the steel ladle; lug shafts (3) are sleeved in the lug shaft sleeves; through holes are provided in the suspension arm, and bushings (5) are mounted in the through holes; the lug shaft sleeves are rotatably sleeved in the bushings; the suspension arm is pressed on a bearing seat (6); a plane automatic joint (7) is mounted on the bearing seat; one end of the plane automatic joint communicates with an argon pipe (8), and the other end of the plane automatic joint communicates with a first gas path (41) in the suspension arm; the first gas path communicates with a second gas path (51) in the bushings; a third gas path (21) and a fourth gas path (22) are provided on the lug shaft sleeves; the third gas path and the fourth gas path form an included angle of 90 degrees by using the center of rotation of the lug shaft sleeves as the center; and the third gas path and the fourth gas path communicate with a sixth gas path (11) in the steel ladle by means of two fifth gas paths (31) on the lug shafts, respectively. In the structure, the steel ladle may smoothly communicate with the argon pipe even in a maintenance state.
