Abstract:
Provided is a double belt press device (100) that presses a plurality of film-form materials to produce a laminate (50). The double belt press device (100) comprises a plurality of first rollers (11), an endless first metal belt (10) that is wound around the plurality of first rollers (11) and that travels in a circular motion, a plurality of second rollers (21), an endless second metal belt (20) that is wound around the plurality of second rollers (21) and that travels in a circular motion, first elastic rolls (61) that are disposed between the plurality of first rollers (11) and that press on the first metal belt (10), second elastic rolls (62) that are disposed between the plurality of second rollers (21) and that press on the second metal belt (20), first heating mechanisms (71) that heat the first metal belt (10), and second heating mechanisms (72) that heat the second metal belt (20). The first metal belt (10) and the second metal belt (20) are a pair of metal belts disposed opposite each other such that a plurality of film-form materials are interposed therebetween, and the first elastic rolls (61) and the second elastic rolls (62) are paired elastic rolls disposed opposite each other such that the pair of metal belts are interposed therebetween. The plurality of film-form materials supplied to the gap between the heated first metal belt (10) and the heated second metal belt (20) are conveyed in the travel direction of the first metal belt (10) and the second metal belt (20) while being sandwiched and pressed between the first metal belt (10) and the second metal belt (20), whereby the plurality of film-form materials are affixed together to produce the laminate (50).
