[Claim 1 ] Door or window opener is a useful tool or device to keep all types of doors and windows open without the need for installation. This device (according to map number one) consists of a rectangular piece on which two U-shaped pectinated edges are fixed in the holder. On the other side, it has two separate U-shaped pectinated edges that are installed on the other side of the holder by means of a rivet and can be adjusted to the desired angle by turning it according to the edge of the window or door. The user can put this holder close to the zero point of the door or window angle. In this case, it is applied with the maximum amount of opening, and as we get closer to the front point of the door and window, this amount of opening can gradually decrease.

[Claim 2] According to claim number 1 , this device is composed of a one-piece holder made and mounted by the manufacturer with a length of 15 cm and a width of 5 cm. One side of it is fixed by 2 U-shaped pectinates parallel to each other at a height of cm 2 and the other end of the holder is made up of 2 movable U-shaped pectinates that rotate around an axis in the center that the angle of the door is fitted by them.

Technical Field

[0002] This invention is a door and window opener for all types of doors or windows and this invention is in the technical field of mechanics.

Background Art

[0003] The similar items of this invention are only for keeping doors and windows open, which are made in Iran or other countries, but the main advantage and difference of this invention is that it is a one-piece (solid), which no longer requires drilling for the installation. It is simply installed by pressing the opener(holder) on the long edge of the movable window on one side and pressing the opener less on the long edge of the fixed frame on the other side. Then, by means of this opener, the user(consumer) can choose to open the window to the desired size. While in other types of openers, not only makes the user has to drill a hole to install them, but because they consist of three to several pieces, this may discourage the consumer from buying. Obviously, every consumer may not have a drill or other related tools available at home or at work, so that he/she can easily install it. In addition, the opener that we designed is portable and can be installed or detached on the door and window whenever the consumer wants. The user presses the pectinated part on the edge as much as he/she wants and keeps the window or door fixed to the desired size. Another advantage is that this holder or opener is very cost-effective, while similar samples are more expensive due to their multiple pieces and combination.

Summary of Invention

[0004] the door and window opener for all types of doors or windows that do not need to be installed is a practical device to keep all types of doors and windows open as desired. This device does not require any tools and equipment to install on the door or window and its mechanism is simple. Also, this opener is made up of limited and simple parts, so that its cost price is at the lowest level. Keeping the door and window open to the desired level is a difficult and troublesome matter. To do so, one must use a heavy piece such as stone or metal or use holders (openers) that can be installed on the door and window to keep it open. But in these solutions, there are some problems that required the design of a cheap and practical device without the need for tools and equipment for installation, in order to keep the door and window open.

Technical Problem

[0005] Considering that everyone (or family members) in their home or workplace needs fresh and free air outside their closed environment, therefore they decide to open the door or window of that environment as much as possible. However, due to the fact that keeping the door and window open at the desired level is a difficult and laborious task because the wind or the spontaneous movement of the window or door moves and causes it to open more or close more, or make noise and hit them suddenly, and it may also cause damage to the door and window, and it may also make an unpleasant sound by knocking them together. Therefore, I came up with the idea of making this device that does not require tools and equipment for installation, drilling, and screwing, so that consumers can easily purchase and use it at a very reasonable price. Also, there are different reasons and different advantages for leaving the door and window open, including air conditioning and circulation and the exit of hot and cold air or vice versa. In addition, today, the necessary instructions to clean and remove all kinds of viruses and microbes suspended in the air, from the inside to the outside, and to provide fresh air in order to enter the necessary oxygen into the closed environment, are often recommended.

Solution to Problem

[0006] These days, the spread of infectious diseases is common. The presence of people in closed environments, due to the contagious nature of these diseases, shows the need for circulation and the need for minimum oxygen in the air that is breathed. Air flow from one environment to another is the easiest way through doors and windows. In a closed environment, even in winter, if a little window leaves open, it can get rid of the harmful presence of any virus or harmful gases in the house, such as CO2 gas (which is odorless and very toxic and is emitted from the burning of butane gas). Butane gas is the same substance that is burning every day in closed environments, both in winter and summer and is emitted from devices such as gas heaters or gas stoves. By opening the window, CO2 gas escapes quickly and any danger is prevented. It should be noted that there are all kinds of viruses in all seasons and colds occur due to the contamination of the closed environment, the Covid-19 virus can be mentioned as an example. The presence of gases in the sewage, - it may even be emitted from the sewage well of the houses - which are toxic odorless gases such as methane gas, are very dangerous. For example, hydrogen sulfide gas may cause depression. Another gas is ammonia (NH3). This is a colorless gas with a very pungent smell, which is very harmful and dangerous. Ammonia gas is found abundantly in some sanitary facilities, and the risks of breathing this gas are very high. (According to drawing no. 3) This opener consists of a rectangular piece on which two U-shaped pectinated edges are fixed in the opener. On the other side, this opener has two separate U-shaped pectinated edges that are mounted to the other side of it by means of a rivet. By turning it, the desired angle is adjusted according to the edge of the window or door. By placing this opener near the zero point of the door or window angle, the user applies the maximum amount of opening in this position and as much as it is placed near the front point of the door and window, its amount can gradually cause the door and window to open less.

[0007] This device consists of a one-piece holder made (assemblable) by the manufacturer, and it is 15 cm long and 5 cm wide. One side of it is fixed by 2 U- shaped pectinates, parallel to each other, at a height of 2 cm. The other end of the holder (opener) consists of 2 mobile U-shaped pectinates that rotate around an axis in the center and the angle of the door is adjusted by it.

[0008] In this way, the side that consists of one or two fixed pectinates is mounted on the door or window frame in such a way that it can keep the window fixed. This is if the user wants to install the value of the device of the opening of the door or window to its end, that is if this holder is installed at the end of the intersection of the door and the window, which is close to the zero point of the angle, the door or window will remain larger than the size. Any amount of this device is installed towards the entrance of the door and window, it will remain open at the minimum required distance, that is, the same distance of fewer than 15 centimeters.

[0009] If we want to make this rectangular holder through mold making and plastic injection, first we have to make a hand-made sample that is modeled to the best size. Then, to make its mold, the same shape or dimensions of 15 cm in length and 5 cm in width should be given to the mold maker. So that one side of it consists of two fixed U-shaped pectinates and the distance between each pectinate is about 1 .5 cm. Resistant flexibility is necessary for the device in the different door or window samples so that it can be placed in the frame with a simple push (press) into the edge, and the other side of this device should be composed of a separate U-shaped double-sided pectinate, which is connected to the rectangular holder (opener) by means of a rivet during production. In this way, the user can rotate around its axis during installation and find the desired angle of the window or door, and with a simple press applied to the edge of the window, this holder will keep the window or door open.

[0010] The cautionary point that should be considered when making this holder is the only care in choosing the material of the holder. In addition, whenever we want to use a plastic injection mold, the material of the holder must be made of ultramid. This material can be very resistant to erosion or breaking and can have a long useful life. If the mold is made of die-cast and aluminum injection, the production cost becomes much more expensive. Although this holder (opener) can be made of wood, but its strength will be less than the previous ones and it is not economical. Therefore, it is better to use ultramid material in plastic injection, which is cost-effective for the consumer (user). The use of this device is so easy that there is no need to consider any special issue for the user.

[0022] When installing this holder, the user must first insert the movable shoulder into the movable edge of the window or door with a specific angle. Then, this pectinate should be pushed into the edge of the window and on the other side, which is the fixed pectinate of this holder, it should be inserted into the fixed edge of the frame.
