Abstract:
A door frame dual-rolling production line comprises the following sequentially arranged components: a material coiling frame (1), a degreasing frame (3), a roller frame (4), and two rolling and cutting assemblies (5). A rotating feeding frame is respectively provided on two side surfaces of the material coiling frame (1). The roller frame (4) is provided with two rows of roller assemblies. One of the rotating feeding frames corresponds to one row of the roller assemblies, and one row of the roller assemblies corresponds to one of the rolling and cutting assemblies (5). The invention provides two rows of roller assemblies arranged on the roller frame (4), and further provides two rolling and cutting assemblies (5), so as to appropriately utilize space on the material coiling frame (1) and the roller frame (4). An additional rolling and cutting assembly (5) doubles production speed and eliminates existing speed constraints. The invention solves the issue of overcapacity, and establishes an additional production line without requiring additional investment or production area. The invention achieves dual-rolling production, thereby appropriately adjusting production speed to account for both product quality and production rates.
