Disclosed is a dock positioning device, comprising a leaning frame (1), a linear drive component (2) mounted on the leaning frame (1), a support rod (3) driven by the linear drive component (2) to move back and forth, and a universal wheel (4) mounted on an end of the support rod (3), wherein one side of the leaning frame (1) can be snap-fitted to a dock-side traction trolley track (6), and the other side thereof is provided with a rubber fender (7). During use, one side of the leaning frame is snap-fitted to the dock-side traction trolley track, such that during the discharging of water from a dock, a ship can closely lean against the rubber fender of the dock positioning device and slowly sink, and when the ship has a certain draft, the linear drive component drives the support rod to be extended and retracted so as to drive the universal wheel to be extended and retracted, and at this point, a position state of the ship is adjusted by means of the cooperation of two existing mooring ropes at the fore and aft of the ship, thereby completing ship positioning. The dock positioning device can reduce the ship positioning time, and improves the positioning precision and reduces the number of construction personnel and the labour intensity.
