Abstract:
A DLP-based ceramic 3D printing hardware control system comprises an upper computer layer, a lower computer layer and a mechanical apparatus layer; the upper computer layer and the lower computer layer are used for controlling the mechanical apparatus layer, so that the upper computer layer performs mechanical motion control on a printing apparatus of the mechanical apparatus layer by means of the lower computer layer, and performs projection exposure control on a DLP projector of the mechanical apparatus layer. The printing apparatus and the DLP projector are separately controlled, so that the ceramic 3D printing efficiency is improved, the operation step repeatability of ceramic 3D printing is simplified, and the ceramic 3D production cost is reduced.
