Abstract:
Provided is a disposable fixed bed for adherent cell culture, comprising a pump casing, an upper cover plate, an annular pressing plate, a carrier, an annular bottom plate, a first supporting seat, a second supporting seat, a sealing connection mechanism, and a magnetic stirring mechanism. The annular bottom plate, the first supporting seat, and the second supporting seat are sequentially arranged on the pump casing from bottom to top. The upper cover plate is in a sealed connection to the pump casing. Stirring blades of the magnetic stirring mechanism are sleeved on a connecting column at the bottom of the pump casing. The first supporting seat and the second supporting seat jointly form one carrier supporting seat. The annular pressing plate and an annular groove structure of the carrier supporting seat jointly form one accommodating space. The carrier is arranged in the accommodating space. In the provided disposable fixed bed for adherent cell culture, curtain-type oxygen exchange is achieved by means of a specific fluid channel, and the stirring blades are arranged outside a space for cell growth, so as to overcome the defects that an existing cell culture apparatus occupies a large area, is too labor-intensive, is prone to bacterial contamination, has high shear force, and has a small amount of dissolved oxygen.
