A display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises: a base plate (BP), a driver layer (CL) and a light-emitting layer (EE), wherein the driver layer (CL) comprises a plurality of groups of pixel circuits (PDCA), a source-drain metal layer (SD) of the driver layer (CL) comprises an auxiliary electrode (PA), and the auxiliary electrode (PA) is located on one side of one group of pixel circuits (PDCA); and the light-emitting layer (EE) comprises a light-emitting device and a switching structure (PAS), and a second electrode (COM) of the light-emitting device covers at least part of the switching structure (PAS) and is connected to the auxiliary electrode (PA). By means of the configuration of an auxiliary electrode (PA), the electric potential uniformity of a second electrode (COM) can be effectively improved; and since a light-emitting functional layer (EL) covers both a first electrode (An) and a switching structure (PAS), the manufacturing process is simplified with respect to a patterned light-emitting functional layer (EL).
