The present disclosure relates to a display panel and a display device. A plurality of adapter cables (7) and a first signal cable (6) of the display panel are in different layers; the adapter cables (7) are connected to the portion of the first signal cable (6) close to a bent section (602) by means of adapter holes (8); the plurality of adapter holes (8) are sequentially close to the edge of a non-display area (200) in a first direction, and are sequentially away from the edge of the non-display area (200) in a second direction; the arrangement mode of the plurality of adapter holes (8) is more in line with a coating trajectory of a sealant layer (9); and under the same coating precision, the sealant layer (9) can ensure that the adapter hole (8) closest to the edge of the non-display area (200) is still within the coverage range of the sealant layer (9). The probability of an exposed via at a corner due to poor coating precision of the sealant layer (9) can be effectively reduced, and the risk of a short circuit between the signal cable and other signal cables or water vapor corrosion in the reliability process can be reduced.
