Abstract:
A display panel (1) and a display apparatus. According to the display panel (1), the arrangement of a second passivation layer (133) enables the display panel (1) to comprise a first undercut portion (19), so that a common layer (153) is cut by the first undercut portion (19), thereby preventing water and oxygen from invading into the common layer (153); moreover, a closed packaging structure formed by the second passivation layer (133), a first inorganic packaging layer (171), and a second inorganic packaging layer (173) can prevent water and oxygen from invading into a display area (181), and when a packaging layer (17) is provided, the packaging layer (17) does not need to wrap the common layer (153), thereby reducing the bezel of the display panel (1).
