Abstract:
A display assembly, a bearing device, and a thinning method for a display structure (1). The display assembly comprises: a display structure (1) to be thinned; a thermal separation adhesive layer (2) attached to a first surface (11) of the display structure (1); a metal foil support layer (3) attached to the side of the thermal separation adhesive layer (2) facing away from the display structure (1), the metal foil support layer (3) being made of invar; an acid-proof film layer (4) attached to the side of the metal foil support layer (3) facing away from the display structure (1); and an acid-proof adhesive layer (5) attached to a side surface (13) around the display structure (1). The acid-proof film layer (4) and the acid-proof adhesive layer (5) can achieve single-surface thinning of the display structure (1); due to a low coefficient of thermal expansion of the metal foil support layer (3), the display structure (1) would not be warped during separation, thereby improving the thinning precision; and due to the magnetic property of the metal foil support layer (3), one side of the acid-proof film layer (4) can be attracted on a controllable magnetic bearing plate (6) by utilizing a magnetic attraction effect, and the display structure (1) is separated from the metal foil support layer (3) by heating the thermal separation adhesive layer (2), thereby avoiding the problem of breaking of the display structure (1) during separating by means of an external force.
