Abstract:
A disordered wire sorting method, relating to the technical field of automatic sorting, and comprising: acquiring a material box image and point cloud data corresponding to the material box image, and identifying positions of wires in the material box image and positions of identification codes on the wires; on the basis of the positions of the wires and the positions of the identification codes, selecting wires having standard-compliant positions that can be grabbed in a material box, wherein the wires having standard-compliant positions are wires having both wire images and corresponding identification code images being visible in the material box image; on the basis of point cloud data corresponding to the wires having standard-compliant positions, selecting a wire having an optimal position which would not cause a grabbing collision in the material box; and controlling a grabbing robot to preferentially grab the wire having an optimal position in the material box. Also disclosed are a disordered wire sorting apparatus and system. According to the disordered wire sorting method, a grabbing robot can quickly and accurately grab and sort wires in a material box; thus, the degree of automation of wire sorting and the wire sorting efficiency are improved.
