Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a discharging device and a dryer. The discharging device comprises a discharging base body, a sealing seat, and an opening and closing driving mechanism, wherein the discharging base body is provided with a discharging channel, a first purging channel and a second purging channel; the discharging channel is used for being in communication with a drying kettle; and the discharging channel comprises a first channel section and a second channel section, which are arranged one by one in a discharging direction and are in communication with each other, the inner diameter of the first channel section being less than that of the second channel section so as to form a first sealing end face therebetween, and the first sealing end surface being used for abutting against a second sealing end face on the sealing seat; an air outlet of the first purging channel faces the first channel section, so as to clean materials located on an inner wall surface of the first channel section; and an air outlet of the second purging channel extends to an inner wall surface of the second channel section, so as to clean materials located on the first sealing end surface.
