Abstract:
The present invention enables a local government or other authorities to grasp the situations of persons in need of support with greater certainty and support such persons more appropriately. A reception unit (11) receives notice that a disaster has occurred, an acquisition unit (12) acquires an evacuation plan for a person in need of support in the event of a disaster, a determination unit (13) determines whether the person in need of support is able to carry out the evacuation plan after the disaster occurs, and a notification unit (14) notifies a supporting person who is to support the person in need of support if the person in need of support is unable to carry out the evacuation plan.
