The present application provides a directional temperature control intelligent cabinet and a micro data center. The intelligent cabinet comprises an integrated cabinet and a plurality of IT cabinets, wherein the bottom of the integrated cabinet is suitable for arranging an air conditioning module; the integrated cabinet and the IT cabinets are connected in parallel to form a row; a through channel is formed at the rear and is used for wiring and for forming an air return channel; an air supply channel is formed from separately-arranged cold air ducts; a first vent of each cold air duct is used for connecting to an air outlet of the air conditioning module; a front space of each IT cabinet is in communication with a second vent of each cold air duct; each second vent is provided with a flow adjusting device; and each IT cabinet is internally provided with a temperature measuring device. The micro data center comprises the intelligent cabinet, wherein a UPS module, a battery module, the air conditioning module and a monitoring module are mounted in the integrated cabinet, and the monitoring module adjusts the flow adjusting device by means of measured data of the temperature measuring device. The present application independently adjusts the refrigerating capacity of each IT cabinet by using a simple structure.
