Abstract:

The present invention relates to a digital control method and system for a liquor replenishing system during a pad dyeing process of color matching of dyes. The method comprises: accurately calculating, according to an initial dyeing rate of each dye, a real-time additive amount of each dye in a liquor replenishing system during an entire dyeing process; and replenishing dye liquor according to the real-time additive amount. The system comprises a K0,n value automatic calculation unit, a central processing unit and a liquor replenishing pump, wherein the K0,n value automatic calculation unit is composed of a dye liquor concentration measurement instrument, a sensor I and a BP neural network model; the BP neural network model is a BP neural network trained by means of a dye database; the K0,n value automatic calculation unit transmits a K0,n value to the central processing unit; and the central processing unit calculates a liquor replenishing amount and controls the liquor replenishing pump to replenish liquor. By means of the digital control method for a liquor replenishing system during a pad dyeing process of color matching of dyes, the liquor replenishing amount of a dye can be accurately calculated, such that digital control of a liquor replenishing system is realized, and conversion from control by human experience to digital control of the liquor replenishing system is realized.
