Abstract:
The present invention relates to a diesel engine low-speed combustion-supporting device, a manufacturing method therefor, a combustion-supporting method thereof, and a diesel engine. The diesel engine low-speed combustion-supporting device comprises a high-pressure cylinder, the lower end of which is used for directly or indirectly communicating with an outlet of a fuel injection pump of a diesel engine, and air in the high-pressure cylinder is compressed by accumulated fuel oil in the fuel injection pump of the diesel engine so as to form high pressure; a high-pressure check valve, an inlet of which is directly or indirectly connected to the high-pressure cylinder, and an outlet of which is used for communicating with an oil nozzle of the engine and used for controlling discharge of fuel oil from the fuel injection pump into the diesel engine. Compared with the prior art, the present invention improves fuel oil spraying quality in a low-speed state, which may help fuel oil to be combusted more completely, thereby reducing smoke emission and achieving energy conservation and environmental protection.
