Disclosed in the present invention are a diaphragm and a sound-producing apparatus, the raw materials of the diaphragm comprising liquid state polysulphide rubber and a vulcanising agent, the liquid state polysulphide rubber being a liquid polymer with a main chain that is a saturated chain and sulphur atoms; the diaphragm is prepared by means of the raw materials being poured into a diaphragm forming mould and undergoing a crosslinking reaction; after the diaphragm is baked for 120h at a temperature of 120°C, the change rate of the elongation at break is less than 40%, the oil absorption rate of the diaphragm is less than 12%, and the glue swelling resistance time of the diaphragm is more than 50s. As the material of the diaphragm is a crosslinked structure, the oil resistance and solvent resistance thereof are good, the oil absorption rate being less than 12% and the glue swelling resistance being more than 50s; thus, when the diaphragm is assembled into a sound-producing apparatus and when an electronic device comprising said sound-producing apparatus comes into contact with the skin, the diaphragm will not swell, and the sound-producing apparatus is able to maintain good performance. Casting moulding is used for the diaphragm of the present invention, so that the thickness of the diaphragm is uniform and the residual stress after moulding is low, the diaphragm is flat, and the acoustic performance of the sound-producing apparatus is improved.
