Abstract:
A diamond drill bit production electroplating device, comprising a bottom plate, an outer barrel being provided on the bottom plate, and an electroplating barrel being provided within the outer barrel; a circular first rotary disc which is slidably connected to an inner wall of the electroplating barrel is provided in the electroplating barrel; a midpoint of the bottom portion of the first rotary disc is connected to a rotary shaft that penetrates the bottom portion of the electroplating barrel and that is connected to a midpoint of an electric rotary disc; the electric rotary disc is connected to a fixed disc that is fixed in a first groove on an upper base; a plurality of corner grooves are provided on a lower surface of the upper base, pressure-bearing springs are provided below the corner grooves, both ends of each pressure-bearing spring are connected to pressure-bearing seats, and the pressure-bearing seats are connected to upper surfaces of the inner walls of the corner grooves and an upper surface of a lower base respectively and are symmetrically disposed. By means of the configuration of the lower base, the corner grooves, the pressure-bearing springs, the pressure-bearing seats and the upper base, the upper base has a certain buffering capacity when being used, and a force unloading operation is carried out depending on the pressure-bearing springs, preventing rigid collisions between the upper base and the lower base when being used, and indirectly guaranteeing the service life of the whole device.
