Abstract:
Provided are a dialkyl phosphinate composition, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof. The dialkyl phosphinate composition comprises diethyl phosphinate having a chemical formula represented by formula (I) and long-chain dialkyl phosphinate having a chemical formula represented by formula (II). The dialkyl phosphinate composition is easy to prepare, with a small addition amount, high flame-retardant efficiency for polymer materials, and good thermal stability. The dialkyl phosphinate composition not only overcomes the defect of low flame-retardant efficiency of the diethyl phosphinate for a high polymer material, but also overcomes the defects that the long-chain dialkyl phosphinate has low thermal stability and generates lots of smoke during combustion, and thus can be widely applied to flame retardance of a polymer material requiring high-temperature processing.
