Disclosed in the present invention is a device for progressive handwriting practice, comprising a mechanism or function of progressively decreasing progressive normative constraints. The mechanism or function is implemented by a process of progressively decreasing constraints for three-dimensional groove stipulated characters and flat stipulated characters that are arranged in order, so as to solve the problem that existing handwriting practice devices are lack of a mechanism or function of progressively decreasing progressive constraints. The device is provided with a handwriting page, and the handwriting page is provided with three-dimensional groove stipulated characters and flat stipulated characters; during the process of handwriting practice, visual-tactual dual positioning of three-dimensional grooves is sequentially converted into visual-only positioning of flat stipulated characters, and is finally converted into in-mind positioning without a physical object; a diversified and multi-dimensional design promotes hand-eye-brain cooperation and coordination, and is convenient for a handwriting practicer to learn and conducive to the learning and promotion of calligraphy. Thus, the leaning efficiency and level of people in handwriting practice can be effectively improved.
