Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a device and a process for manufacturing an ultra-thin high-precision aluminum housing. The device comprises a die mounting seat, a first electric motor, a first threaded rod, a clamp, a third connecting shaft, a second electric motor, a second threaded rod, a second sliding block and a positioning sleeve. In the present invention, by means of the cooperation of the first electric motor, the first threaded rod, the clamp, the second electric motor, the second threaded rod, the second sliding block and the positioning sleeve, the aim of processing an aluminum material in a fine drawing manner is achieved, and the production of ultra-thin, high-precision and lightweight products is facilitated. In the process for manufacturing the ultra-thin high-precision aluminum housing, detection and adjustment steps are added, such that the quality of an aluminum product is conveniently adjusted and improved in a timely manner, the process is suitable for the batch production of fine drawing of aluminum housing products, the products are kept from being deformed, perforated or broken, continuous production and detection with a high automation degree can be realized, and thus the manufacturing labor cost is reduced by a great extent, the production efficiency and the quality yield are improved, the size of the products is stable, and the production safety coefficient is high.
