Abstract:
Disclosed are a device and method for the laser shock strengthening of an aero-engine blade, which is characterized in that: the device comprises a high-energy pulse laser, a constraining layer, an absorption layer, a contact film and a region of an aero-engine blade to be treated; the device mainly places a high-strength and high-elasticity metal in conventional laser shock strengthening to obtain the contact film, and staggeringly and parallelly arranged micro-kidney-shaped holes are provided on the contact film; and the long sides of the kidney-shaped holes are parallel to an air intake edge of the engine blade. Since the materials inside of said micro-kidney-shaped holes are not affected by laser shock waves, micro-protrusions having a height of 2-3 μm will be formed during the strengthening process; meanwhile, staggeringly arranged compressive stress-tensile stress regions are formed, which may effectively suppress fatigue cracks and greatly improve the fatigue service life of the aero-engine blade. The present invention may be applied to the strengthening treatment of aero-engine blades.
