Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the technical field of medical instruments. Disclosed is a device for fixing an animal spine. The device comprises a fixing screw, wherein the fixing screw comprises a screw head and a screw body for connecting a vertebral body, wherein the screw head and the screw body are circumferentially fixed, and the screw body comprises a base body and a tip end, wherein threads are unidirectionally and spirally arranged around the base body in a surrounding manner, the tip end is of a conical structure, a transition slope is arranged between the tip end and the threads, and the threads comprise a first spiral surface facing the tip end and a second spiral surface facing away from the tip end, the first spiral surface being inclined outwards in a direction away from the tip end, and an included angle between one end of the first spiral surface away from the base body and a vertical surface of the base body being greater than an included angle between one end of the second spiral surface away from the base body and the vertical surface of the base body. The device is simpler in overall shape and is thus smaller and more compact as a whole, and further, is higher in operational safety and lower in operational difficulty, and is more suitable for small animals compared with an existing product.
