Abstract:
This device for clamping bone-in meat comprises a plurality of gripping blocks and a displacement-restricting part. The gripping blocks each have a grip part that can come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the bone-in meat around a bone section, the grip parts being provided so as to be capable of being relatively displaced in directions toward and away from one another. The displacement-restricting part restricts the plurality of gripping blocks gripping the bone-in meat from being displaced in the direction away from one another.
