Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for automating casting material decoring, the device comprising: an upper frame having a predetermined jig disposition space which is open; a holding jig unit installed in the jig disposition space provided in the upper frame such that a casting material provided to include an inner core and foundry sand through a casting process can be seated thereon and can remain held/supported when a hammering process and a decoring process procced; at least one hammering module for striking one side of the casting material which remains held/supported in the holding jig unit, thereby fracturing the inner core; a lower frame installed on a device installation frame such that the upper frame is connected to the upper side thereof, the hammering module being installed on one side of the lower frame; at least one vibrating module installed on one side of the upper frame so as to generate vibrations through an output with a predetermined exciting force; and a control module for controlling operating states of the holding jig unit, the hammering module, and the vibrating module.
