Provided are a deuterated compound and a use thereof. Specifically provided are a compound shown in formula I, and a tautomer, a stereoisomer, a hydrate, a solvate, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a prodrug thereof. The compound has a protective effect on the nerve cell injury induced by aggregation of abnormal proteins such as mSOD1 proteins, has excellent pharmacokinetic properties, and has a good effect of preventing and/or treating ALS.
