Abstract:
A defective glove recognition and removal system based on multi-station visual inspection, which system relates to the technical field of glove defect recognition devices. The system comprises: a first visual inspection apparatus (1), which is arranged at a complete non-demolding station on a glove production line; a second visual inspection apparatus (2), which is arranged at an opening expansion station on the glove production line; a third visual inspection apparatus (3), which is arranged at a semi-demolding sagging station on the glove production line; and a removal apparatus (5), which is arranged in a sorting and stacking station on the glove production line. In the system, different visual inspection systems are respectively designed for different production stations on a production line, thereby greatly increasing the inspection precision and the inspection speed; in addition, a single area can be refined into a plurality of small areas for detailed inspection, and once the same glove is inspected and then determined to be an unacceptable product at any station, an instruction is transmitted to a removal apparatus by means of an industrial personal computer to remove the glove, and only acceptable gloves are transmitted to a packaging stage at a rear end, thereby greatly improving the inspection precision, and guaranteeing a pass rate for products on a disposable glove production line.
