Abstract:
A preparation method for a de-muttony goat milk. The method comprises purifying fresh goat milk or goat whole milk. In the purification process, carbon dioxide processing is carried out, the carbon dioxide processing including: introducing carbon dioxide into a material, refrigerating, and removing the carbon dioxide. Further provided are a de-muttony goat milk prepared by the method, and goat milk products comprising the de-muttony goat milk.
