Abstract:
Provided are an electronic data transmission and reception management method and an electronic data transmission and reception management system that can improve the reliability and confidentiality of transmitted and received electronic data. In the electronic data transmission and reception management method, a terminal on which an employee application is installed executes a document numbering step, an encryption step, a send application step, and a browse step. A computer on which a user application is installed executes an identity verification step and a transmission authorization step when an employee belonging to the employee's own organization is a transmission source of electronic data, and executes an identity verification response step and a reception authorization step when the employee belonging to the employee's own organization is a transmission destination of the electronic data. A computer on which a service application is installed executes a communication destination identification step and a relay step.
