Abstract:
A data processing method, which is applied in the field of computers. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first global read pointer for a circular storage queue, the circular storage queue comprising multiple storage areas, and the first global read pointer pointing to a first storage area among the multiple storage areas (201); acquiring a first write identifier of the first storage area (202), the first write identifier representing the size of the space of stored data in the first storage area, and a first global write pointer determining the size of an allocated space in the first storage area; and if the size of the space of the stored data in the first storage area is equal to the size of the allocated space in the first storage area, then reading first data in a first sub-area (203). According to the method, by adding the first write identifier, an out-of-order commit will not affect the correctness of read data, and the operating efficiency of a system may be improved by means of the out-of-order commit.
