Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a data processing method, apparatus and device. In the method, a new polar code coding matrix G is designed. When a terminal device codes, by using the coding matrix G, information bits to be coded, after receiving some information bits during a coding process, the terminal device can code the information bits and send coded data, that is, stream coding is realized, which is conducive to reducing the size of an encoder in the terminal device and the size of a cache in same. Moreover, information bits to be coded is coded by using the coding matrix, such that coded data is obtained, which is conducive to realizing stream decoding and reducing the size of a decoder.
