Abstract:
The present invention relates to cyclopentanoperhydrophenanthrene framework compounds and a preparation method therefor. The compounds have certain biological activity, can also be used as an intermediate synthon for synthesizing some compounds with a special structure, and relate to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry. The compounds and salts thereof can be used as lead compounds for synthesizing medicines, pesticides and new materials, and can be used for screening and preparing new compounds with important application value by chemical, biological and medical means on such basis, thereby achieving the goal of creating new medicines.
