Abstract:
A cutting wire steering device and a slicing machine. The cutting wire steering device comprises: steering bases (51), the two steering bases (51) being spaced apart from each other; a guide rod (52) connected between the two steering bases (51), the guide rod (52) extending in an axial direction of a main roller (21) of the slicing machine; a steering wheel base (53), which is arranged on the guide rod (52) and can slide along the guide rod (52); and a steering wheel (54) arranged on the steering wheel base (53), the outer periphery of the steering wheel (54) being provided with a wire groove for accommodating a cutting wire (81), and a center line of rotation of the steering wheel (54) being perpendicular to the axial direction of the main roller (21). The cutting wire steering device and the slicing machine have a relatively high reliability.
