Abstract:
Provided is a cutting part that makes it possible to easily obtain a large amount of cut pieces of food in a short time. Provided is a cutting part for a food cutter, the cutting part comprising: a plurality of blade parts (20) that have a blade provided thereto; and an end guide part (30) that is on a furthest downstream side in a cutting operation direction (F) and, when food is cut, contacts the food and functions as a guide. The plurality of blade parts (20) and the end guide part (30) are provided at intervals so as to be substantially parallel.
