Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cutting machine with an automatic stop and a stopping method therefor. The cutting machine consists of a supporting portion, a handheld portion and a cutting portion. The supporting portion comprises a base, wherein a bearing disk is superimposed on the base, and a positioning plate is connected to the bearing disk by means of a bolt. The cutting portion comprises a sawtooth cutting disk, a clamping plate for clamping the sawtooth cutting disk, and a driving motor fixedly connected to an upper portion of the clamping plate, and an infrared induction probe and a gravity induction device being mounted on the driving motor. The handheld portion comprises a handheld grab handle and a telescopic adjustment plate fixedly connected to the handheld grab handle. During operation, when an operator is too close to the sawtooth cutting disk, after the infrared induction probe senses the distance of a hand of the operator, the driving motor is forcibly stopped to ensure the safety of the operator. When an accident causes the whole cutting machine to roll over or topple over, the gravity induction device can also send a forced stop-reporting instruction to the driving motor, so as to avoid unnecessary injuries and accidents.
