Abstract:
A cutter provided with a vibration suppression member, comprising a body (100). At least one vibration suppression member (200) is provided on the body, the vibration suppression member (200) comprises an accommodating cavity (210), and some particulate substances (220) are placed in the accommodating cavity. The accommodating cavity is arranged, as a whole, along the axial direction of the body; a cross section (110) of the body and a cross section (230) of the accommodating cavity are simultaneously obtained along the radial direction of the body; and the distance between the center of the cross section of the accommodating cavity and the center of the cross section of the body is greater than 0. The cutter is applied in cutting machining, the vibration phenomenon of the cutter is significantly reduced, and a vibration cutter line on the surface of a machined product disappears, such that the requirements of roughness of a machined surface are met; the machining quality is significantly improved, and the machining cycle of the product is also significantly shortened, thus the machining procedure is reduced.
