Abstract:
Provided are a customer service speech recognition method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: performing filtering on synthesized audio in speech session information to undergo recognition, and performing clustering on the filtered speech session information to obtain a customer service representative speech sequence and a client speech sequence; performing primary decoding on the customer service representative speech sequence to obtain a customer service representative decoding result, and performing primary decoding on the client speech sequence to obtain a client decoding result; re-scoring the customer service representative speech sequence according to the customer service representative decoding result, and re-scoring the client speech sequence according to the client decoding result; performing secondary decoding on the re-scored customer service representative speech sequence, and performing secondary decoding on the re-scored client speech sequence to obtain a speech recognition result for the speech session information, thereby implementing secondary decoding is on separated customer service representative speech and client speech, and improving speech recognition accuracy in customer service speech scenarios.
