Abstract:
A curing mechanism and a multifunctional hot stamping device that uses said mechanism, the curing mechanism comprising a drying assembly and a flash explosion assembly. The drying assembly comprises a plurality of first UV lamp tubes arranged side by side, and the flash explosion assembly comprises a housing (6), a first cylinder (7), a driving block (8), a strip gear (9), a circular gear (10), a supporting rod (11), a cover plate (12) and a second UV lamp tube (13). The curing mechanism and the multifunctional hot stamping device that uses said mechanism employ a combination of dual UV lamp tubes and variable frequency power supply, so that a short-time high-power drying function can be achieved, and the drying effect can be improved; in addition, the duration for flash explosion drying can be controlled by means of the design of an opening and closing structure, and burning of a thin film due to a long drying duration is prevented.
