Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a curable composition which has excellent curability, preferably can contain water that is environment-friendly, can be cured into a cured film having excellent adhesiveness to a base material, particularly to a plastic base material or a woody material, and can be used particularly as a coating agent preferably, has excellent anti-fogging properties and does not undergo the formation of interference fringes. [Solution] A curable composition containing a mixture (A) of compounds each having a (meth)acryloyl group and produced by the transesterification reaction of an alkyulene oxide adduct of an alditol (excluding glycerol) with a compound having one (meth)acryloyl group in the presence of the following catalysts X and Y. The catalyst X: at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a cyclic tertiary amine having an azabicyclo structure or a salt or complex thereof, an amidine or a salt or complex thereof, a compound having a pyridine ring or a salt or complex thereof, and a phosphine or a salt or complex thereof. The catalyst Y: a zinc-containing compound.
