Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical chemistry, and in particular, to the crystal forms of Ertugliflozin and preparation methods therefor. Said crystal form is crystal form I, crystal form II or crystal form III, and the various crystal forms have different X-ray powder diffraction characteristic peaks. Said crystal forms have better properties such as very high solubility in water, high bioavailability, high stability, and non-hygroscopicity, and can be used for preparing a medicament for treating type 2 diabetes. The preparation methods for the various crystal forms of Ertugliflozin are simple, easy to operate, and have mild conditions.
